Read about Julieta’s residency project in her own words…

“My project is the pursuit of the “texture of nostalgia,” a utopia in itself. Absence and the language of the invisible are central pillars of the project; for this reason, silence and contact with nature are fundamental to me. I will work on the pieces I have created with intervened biomaterials to create various installations in the environment of La Moissie and photograph them. Although I arrive at the residency with a plan in mind, I know that, due to my “gatherer” nature, I will find materials and textures there to incorporate into my work.”
