Born in the Loire Valley, France, Julia moved to Ireland, in 2006. Her interests lie in the possible occurrences of metamorphosis and transformations. She explores the fantastic in everyday life, not as an intrusion into the real world, but as an inherent part of it. In general shapes, bodies and objects protrude or grow to materialize a transition.
