ARTIST’S PROFILE

Anastasia is a restless artist and creative. She draws, paints and writes, always with humor as a common denominator. She has 4 books published, and has collaborated with brands such as Nike and Chanel and has been a long term collaborator in magazines such as Vogue and the newspaper El País.

She considers herself a cultural agitator and has been a speaker in institutions such as la Caixa or Universitat de Barcelona and has collaborated as an artist with a big mural in la Casa Encendida. She also ran three seasons of the successful podcast @gente2020_ con Marina @mgcanedo. She lives in Madrid with her dog Flou.

“Como artista multidisciplinar tengo pocas oportunidades de centrar mi tiempo y esfuerzo en una sola actividad y un tiempo en una residencia me brindaría esa oportunidad. Mi objetivo es culminar la residencia con producción de obra artística para realizar una exposición que eleve mi trabajo a una categoría de arte formal.”
